Approve warrants dated through December 4, 2000 and usual and necessary payments <br />through December 11, 2000; MINUTE ORDER 00 -345 <br />7.5 Section — Ordinances (2 " Reading) <br />A. ORDINANCE 2205 AMENDING SECTION 2.20 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE TIME OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETINGS (first reading on 11/13/00); (301) <br />Council Member Jordan clarified that with the adoption of this ordinance the Council <br />meetings will begin at 7:00 p.m. versus 7:30 p.m. This new schedule will be effective <br />January 2001. <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />S. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST - None <br />7:20 p.m. -Brief Recess <br />7.30 p.m. - Meeting Resumed <br />Session on Proposed Retail Cinema <br />Mayor Ruskin explained that the goal of the second public meeting was to address concerns and <br />listen to public comment on the issue of the proposed retail cinema project.
