CGM:djg-c 11/5/81 <br />ORIGINAL <br />O R D I N A N C E N 0. 1850 Nov 16 1981 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 38.10 OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO SERVICE CHARGES FOR <br />RENEWAL OF WATER SERVICE <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 38.10 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 38.10. Schedule of Fees. Every application for a <br />permit for a connection to the water system owned or operated <br />by the City of Redwood City shall- be accompanied by the follow- <br />ing connection fees applicable to premises located in the <br />designated water service areas: <br />AREAS 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 AREA 3 <br />"(1) For 5/8x3/4 inch metered services <br />a charge of ....................... $ 95.00 $150.00 <br />"(2) For all service connections of <br />meter sizes larger than 5/8x3/4 <br />inch, the following charges: <br />"(3) In the event the actual total cost to the city of <br />installing the metered services exceeds the charges <br />set forth in subsections (1) and (2) of this section <br />38.10, the actual total cost shall be charged to the <br />applicant for such service. <br />"(4) The charge for a manifold meter installation shall <br />be the sum of the applicable individual charges for <br />each such installation." <br />SECTION 2.
