E X H I B I T A All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most southwesterly corner of Parcel"A" as shown on that certain map entitled "Parcel Map No. 78-6," recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on May 30, 1978 in Volume 42 of Parcel Maps at Pages 29 and 30, said corner also being the point of intersection of the northerly line of Veterans Boulevard, 125.00 feet in width, and the easterly line of Redwood Creek; THENCE from said POINT OF BEGINNING easterly along the said northerly line of said Veter- ans Boulevard South 800 05' 12" East a distance of 221.46 feet to a point of curvature; THENCE northerly along a tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 10.00 feet, a central angle of 670 47' 40", an arc length of 11.83 feet to a point of tangency, said point also being on the southeasterly line of said PARCEL"A"; THENCE northeasterly along the said southeasterly line of said PARCEL "A" North 320 07' 08" East a distance of 297 feet, more or less; THENCE southeasterly across Walnut Street, as shown on said Parcel Map No. 78-6, a distance of 80.00 feet to the most northerly corner of Parcel "A" as shown on that certain map entitled "Parcel Map No. 75-4," recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on July 30, 1975 in Volume 28 of Parcel Maps at Page 41; THENCE continuing southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Parcel "A" of said Parcel Map No. 75-4 South 570 52' 52" East a distance of 122.15 feet;
