EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant will perform a compensation and/or classification study for the position of <br /> Juvenile Specialist to evaluate current scope of work and make a determination <br /> regarding the reclassification request. <br /> SCHEDULE OF STUDY: <br /> This study is estimated to take approximately 38 hours and 4 weeks to complete. <br /> This study will include an orientation session regarding study process, reviewing two <br /> previous reclassification studies performed by the City for incumbent, gathering <br /> information regarding current job duties performed by incumbent, holding one-on- <br /> one meetings with incumbent and management staff, assessing data, and providing <br /> a recommendation report to the City for consideration. <br /> PROFESSIONAL FEES: <br /> Consultant will bill City at a rate of $130.00 per hour.
