ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
Under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the proposed activity is exempt from
CEQA in that it can be seen with certainty that by executing an agreement to create a
Public Art Master Vision, there is no possibility that there would be a significant effect on
the environment. Adoption of the Public Art Master Vision itself and future proposals for
the funding and/or installation of public art may have the potential to cause direct or
indirect physical changes to the environment and would undergo separate
environmental review under CEQA.

CHRISTOPHER BETH
PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES
DIRECTOR

MELISSA STEVENSON DIAZ
CITY MANAGER

AGREEMENT
1.
