SECTION 8. Amended Dispostion of Proceeds Collected Under Article I, Chapter 32, Code of the City of Redwood City. A sum not to exceed Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Eight Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($2,994,800.00) is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Capital Outlay Fund to the General Fund for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1981 - June 30, 1982. To the extent provided herein, this section shall be deemed to be an amendment of Section 32.15 of the Code of the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year July 1, 1981 - June 30, 1982, only. SECTION 9. Budgets for General Improvements Districts No. 1-64, No. 1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65. There are hereby adopted as the budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, No. 1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65, for the fiscal year July 1, 1981 - June 30, 1982, the budgets certified by the City Clerk and City Manager, and so designated and included in the general City budget adopted by paragraph 1 of this ordinance. SECTION 10. Provision of Interim Expenditures as of July 1, 1982. All unexpended and unencumbered General Fund balances at the close of the fiscal year June 30, 1982, except for those amounts otherwise legally disposed of, are hereby appropriated to the General Fund program "Resources Held in Reserve" for purposes of expenditure during any interim period between the close of the fiscal year June 30, 1981, and the date of adoption of a 1982-83 fiscal year budget. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to transfer monies appropriated to the program "Resources Held in Reserve" pursuant to this section from said program to any other program or budget item established by this 1981-82 fiscal year budget ordinance, for expenditure from such other program or budget item, without further Council approval for such transfer; provided, however, that the sum of all expenditures of General -5-
