O R D I N A N C E N O. <br />CGM:wb 2/4/81 <br />ORIGINAL <br />1835 FEB 23 1981 <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SIXTEEN THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS ($16,500) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />TO TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM FACILITIES, CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM FOR EASTSIDE TRANSPORTATION <br />NETWORK STUDY AND RAIL ACCESS STUDY <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br />($16,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated <br />Balance of the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund to <br />Transportation Program Facilities, Capital Improvements Program <br />for the Eastside Transportation Network Study and Rail Access <br />Study. <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year <br />July 1, 1980 - June 30, 1981 and shall be in addition to all <br />sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br />July 1, 1980 - June 30, 1981. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days <br />after its adoption. <br />1835 <br />
