District No. 2-65 Fund, and the special tax rate therefor is <br />hereby levied and fixed at $.0368 on each One Hundred Dollars <br />of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the <br />limits of General Improvement District No. 2-65 as said <br />District was established by Resolution No. 4591, adopted by <br />the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, <br />together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto. <br />SECTION 3. General Improvement District No. 3-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />District No. 3-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and <br />fixed, for the fiscal year July 1, 1980 - June 30, 1981, in <br />the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: <br />One Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Three Hundred Forty-four <br />and No/100 Dollars ($121,344.00) for the payment of principal <br />and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. <br />3-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improve- <br />ment District No. 3-65 Fund, and the special tax rate therefor <br />is hereby levied and fixed at $.0455 on each One Hundred Dollars <br />of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the <br />limits of General Improvement District No. 3-65 as said District <br />was established by Resolution No. 4593, adopted by the Council <br />of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with <br />all territory thereafter annexed thereto. <br />SECTION 4. Repeal. All ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 5. Severability. If any section, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a Court <br />of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall <br />not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this <br />ordinance, and the City Council hereby declares that it would <br />have adopted said ordinance and each section, sentence, clause <br />and phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or <br />-2- <br />
