No. 1819, are hereby appropriated to those same funds for purposes <br />of expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1980 - June 30, 1981. <br />SECTION 8. Amended Disposition of Proceeds Collected Under <br />Article I, Chapter 32, Code of the City of Redwood City. A sum <br />not to exceed Two Million Nine Hundred Eighteen Thousand Five <br />Hundred Twenty and No/100 Dollars ($2,918,520.00) is hereby <br />appropriated and transferred from the Capital Outlay Fund to the <br />General Fund for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1980 - <br />June 30, 1981. To the extent provided herein, this section shall be <br />deemed to be an amendment of Section 32.15 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City for the fiscal year July 1, 1980 - June 30, 1981, only. <br />SECTION 9. Budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, <br />No. 1-65, No. 2-65 and No. 3-65. There are hereby adopted as the <br />budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, No. 1-65, No. <br />2-65 and No. 3-65, for the fiscal year July 1, 1980 - June 30, 1981, <br />the budgets certified by the City Clerk and City Manager, and so <br />designated and included in the general City budget adopted by <br />paragraph 1 of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 10. Provision for Interim Expenditures as of July 1, <br />1981. All unexpended and unencumbered General Fund balances at the <br />close of the fiscal year June 30, 1981, except for those amounts <br />otherwise legally disposed of, are hereby appropriated to the <br />General Fund program "Resources Held in Reserve" for purposes of <br />expenditure during any interim period between the close of the <br />fiscal year June 30, 1981, and the date of adoption of a 1981-82 <br />fiscal year budget. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized <br />to transfer monies appropriated to the program "Resources Held in <br />Reserve" pursuant to this section from said program to any other <br />program or budget item established by this 1980-81 fiscal year budget <br />ordinance, for expenditure from such other program or budget item, <br />-5- <br />
