The City <br />shall determine when a service provided is complete, and shall send at least three (3) written notifications over the course of three hundred sixty-five <br />(365) days that a deposit is eligible for a refund. Deposits that qualify for refund but that have gone unclaimed for a period exceeding three hundred <br />sixty-five (365) calendar days shall be considered forfeited.
