The City shall determine <br />when a service provided is complete, and shall send at least three (3) written notifications over the course of three hundred sixty-five (365) days that a deposit is <br />eligible for a refund. Deposits that qualify for refund but that have gone unclaimed for a period exceeding three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days shall be <br />considered forfeited. Forfeited deposits shall be turned over to the General Fund for general City operations. <br />City may ask for a copy of the construction contract to verify the building valuation. <br />6.
