administrative revision described in this Section 3 apply to any fees and charges <br />established by other agencies or as otherwise may be prohibited by applicable law. <br /> <br />6. The Planning Cost Recovery Policy is hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br />7. Resolutions 14410, 14466, 14609, 14688, 14711, 15158 are hereby <br />rescinded in their entirety upon the operative date hereof. <br /> <br />8. That Paragraph 4 of Resolution 6882 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />“4. Fees. Fees for environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental <br />Quality Act shall be incorporated into the costs of other planning services provided by the <br />City and shall be paid by the applicant according to the City’s current fees and/or deposits <br />relating to such services.” <br /> <br />9. If there are any conflicts between the fees adopted in this resolution and <br />fees adopted by any prior resolution or fee schedule, the fees adopted pursuant to this <br />resolution shall control. <br /> <br />10.
