The fee for the privilege granted by said permit shall be forty-five dollars ($45.00) plus ten <br />cents ($0.10) per cubic yard of earth for each one-half (½) mile of distance (or portion thereof) <br />specified under the permit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no fees shall be charged for the first <br />one hundred (100) cubic yards or twelve thousand five hundred (12,500) pounds (excluding <br />vehicle weight) of earth to be hauled pursuant to a permit in an amount set by resolution of the <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />8.B. - Page 72
