To that <br />end, the Civic Cultural Commission’s Strategic Plan outlines the <br />significance of art in our city and states the goal of investment in <br />public art. This is funded by the 1% for Art Ordinance, where 1% of <br />the City's capital improvement funds are allocated towards <br />encouraging public art. <br />31 of 140 <br />9.A - Page 57
