The field also has limited playability due to the closures <br />required for rain. A synthetic turf conversion would increase <br />playability and reduce water usage by an estimated 1,000,000 <br />gallons per year. <br />• Estimated water savings of 1,000,000 gallons per year. <br />• Lowers maintenance costs. <br />• Increases field availability because it can remain open even in the <br />rain. <br />This is a new project. <br />40 of 140 <br />9.A - Page 66
