Redwood City’s Department of Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services has completed studies that show the buildings are <br />at maximum capacity and in need of major repairs and accessibility <br />upgrades. <br />• Increases usability and space for services. <br />• Lowers maintenance costs for a deteriorating structure. <br />An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and associated community outreach is underway. <br />59 of 140 <br />9.A - Page 85
