Motion carried 6-0 by <br />electronic vote, with Council Member Masur absent. <br /> <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR AGENDA PAGE NUMBER 11 <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion and one vote. <br /> <br />M/S Borgens/Gee to approve the consent calendar, excluding Item 6.3.E, and including <br />Item 7B. Motion carried 6-0 with Council Member Masur absent. <br /> <br />Council Member Howard left the dais and recused herself from voting on Item 6.3.E - <br />Appeal of Planning Commission Resolution No. 17-02 approving a Downtown Planned <br />Community Permit (DPC2016-003) including eleven guideline deviations, Vesting <br />Tentative Map and Condominium Permit (TM2016-003), Planned Development Permit <br />(PD2016-003), Affordable Housing Plan, and Affordable Housing Density Bonus to <br />develop a new 4 to 6-story, 379,502 square foot, multi-family residential building at 801 <br />Brewster Avenue pursuant to the City of Redwood City's Downtown Precise Plan and <br />Subdivision Ordinance – due to a potential conflict of interest. <br /> <br /> <br />6.1.D. - Page 4
