Further, authorize the City Manager to extend the Agreement by one additional one-year term in an amount not to exceed $33,000 MINUTE ORDER 17-070 D. Final map, easement deed, revocable encroachment permit, and associated agreements for the development of Stanford Phase 1 (608) Recommendation: 1. By motion, approve the Final Map for the Subdivision of Stanford Phase 1; 2. By motion, approve the public service easement, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Certificate of Acceptance for such deed, and modify the content of the Easement Deed as necessary to receive the signed deed; 3.
