All <br />equipment used for the removal of French <br />broom or other invasive plants shall be <br />cleaned before being used at another, non- <br />infested part of the site. <br />Implementation: <br />The City shall either <br />carry out this <br />measure itself or <br />incorporate this <br />biology mitigation <br />measure into all <br />appropriate bid, <br />contract, and <br />engineering and site <br />plan (e.g. building, <br />grading, <br />improvement plans) <br />documents. <br />Timing: Prior to <br />any ground- <br />Monitoring: The City’s <br />Engineering Division <br />shall review all <br />appropriate bid, <br />contract, and <br />engineering and site <br />(building, grading, <br />improvement plans) <br />documents for inclusion <br />of biological measures. <br />A report shall be <br />submitted to the City <br />documenting the broom <br />removal. <br />Initials: <br />Date: 8.A. - Page 27
