EXHIBIT A BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1980-2 All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, as shown on that certain map entitled "Map of the Property in Villa Lots of J. V. Diller", filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California on September 18, 1863 in Book "E" of Original Maps at Page 77 and copied into Book 1 of Maps at Page 83, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Block 4, said corner being the point of intersection of the south- easterly line of Jefferson Avenue, 70.00 feet in width, and the southwesterly line of Middlefield Road, formerly called Center Street, as described in that certain Deed to the Town of Redwood City, filed January 4, 1911 in Book 195 at Page 23 in the office of the County Recorder, San Mateo County, California; THENCE southwesterly along the said southeasterly line of Jefferson Avenue, 70.00 feet in width, a distance of 222.28 feet to its intersection with the northeasterly line of the Southern Pacific Company railroad right-of-way, said northeasterly line also being the southwesterly line of Block 4; THENCE southwesterly along the prolongation of the southeasterly line of Jefferson Avenue, 70.00 feet in width, to its intersection with the southwesterly line of the said railroad right-of-way, said southwesterly line being par- allel with and 80.00 feet distant, measured at right angles, from the northeasterly line of the said railroad right-of- way; THENCE southeasterly along said southwesterly line of the said railroad right-of-way to its intersection with the southeasterly lines of Lots 8, 9 and 11, Block 9, said southeasterly lines being parallel with and 100.00 feet distant, measured at right angles, from the southeasterly line of. Jefferson Avenue, 70.00 feet in width; THENCE southwesterly along the said southeasterly lines of Lots 8, 9 and 11, Block 9, to its intersection with the southwesterly line of Lot 8, Block 9, said south- westerly line being parallel with and 100.00 feet distant, measured at right angles, from the northeasterly line of Franklin Street, 70.00 feet in width before widening, said widening as described in that certain Deed to the City of Redwood City, filed on July 10, 1958, in Vol. 3421, at Page 47, in the office of the Recorder, County of San Mateo, California;
