Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1782, entitled, <br />"Ordinance Establishing Salary and Wage Plan for Certain <br />Employee Classifications Relating to Management and Confidential <br />Assignments, and Certain Designated Officers; and Repealing <br />Ordinance No. 1713, all Amendments Thereto, and All Ordinances <br />in Conflict Therewith," adopted May 21, 1979, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 1.
