<br />WHEREAS, this Council on the basis of the written and oral <br />testimony on this subject matter received at its meeting of <br />July 2, 1979, reaffirms the above mentioned findings of <br />Planning Commission; <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other section of the <br />Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, the minimum building setback for <br />properties in the " CN , " "CB, " "CG, " and "Cp" zoning Districts <br />fronting on El Camino Real in the City of Redwood City shall be <br />five feet. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon its <br />adoption and shall terminate, and be of no further force and <br />effect four months from the date of adoption. <br /> * * * <br /> -2- <br /> _ '-,...- ~_.. <br />
