The Planning Cost Recovery Policy is hereby approved and adopted. <br />7. Resolutions 14410, 14466, 14609, 14688, 14711, 15158 are hereby <br />rescinded in their entirety upon the operative date hereof. <br />8. That Paragraph 4 of Resolution 6882 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />'A. Fees. Fees for environmental review pursuant to the California <br />Environmental Quality Act shall be incorporated into the costs of other planning services <br />provided by the City and shall be paid by the applicant according to the City's current <br />fees and/or deposits relating to such services." <br />9. If there are any conflicts between the fees adopted in this resolution and <br />fees adopted by any prior resolution or fee schedule, the fees adopted pursuant to this <br />resolution shall control. <br />10. This activity is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) as defined in CEQA Guidelines, Section 15378, because it has no potential for <br />resulting in either a direct or a reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the <br />environment. <br />11.
