Entries on Bid Form - All entries shall be printed in ink or shall be typewritten. <br />B. Corrections - Corrections shall be initialed in ink by the person signing the bid. <br />C. Bid Pricina - Bid pricing shall be complete, including all costs for labor, supervision, methods or processes, <br /> implements, tools, machinery, equipment, transportation and materials required to complete the work described in <br /> the Bid Documents. <br />D. Additional Information - All requested information must be provided. If necessary, bidder may attach additional <br /> sheets clearly cross-referenced to the applicable bid item number. However, unnecessarily lengthy responses <br /> are discouraged. <br />E. Addenda - Bidder shall indicate the number and date of all addenda received by bidder. <br />F.
