<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.4 TO AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND REDEVELOPMENT CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br />This Amendment NO.4 is entered into and effective as of the ~ day of October, <br />2009, amending the Agreement dated July 8, 1999 (the "Agreement") by and between <br />the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a public body, <br />corporate and politic, duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of <br />California (the "Agency"), and KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC. ("Contractor") <br />(collectively the "Parties") for professional planning and redevelopment consulting <br />services. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. On January 16, 2002, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 in the <br />amount of $100,000.00 to the Agreement; and <br /> <br />B. On October 13, 2004, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 in the <br />amount of $100,000.00 to the Agreement; and <br /> <br />C. On April 12, 2007, the Parties executed Amendment NO.3 in the amount <br />of $60,000.00 to the Agreement, Contractor has performed the services under the <br />Agreement to the satisfaction of the Agency; and <br /> <br />D. The Agency continues to require Contractor's professional services; and <br /> <br />E. The Parties desire to amend the Agreement to increase the amount of the <br />Agreement by Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the combined total of <br />compensation and reimbursement costs by Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00). <br />With this Amendment, the total aggregate Agreement amount shall not exceed Four <br />Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($420,000.00). <br /> <br />2. Contractor will provide those services described in Exhibit "A" for a not-to- <br />exceed amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00). The Scope of Services and <br />Hourly Fee schedule are hereby amended as reflected in Exhibit "A" and "B" <br />respectively, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />3.
