Specifically, we have been asked to: <br /> <br />1. Prepare a mid-term update to the Redevelopment Agency's 2005-2009 <br />Implementation Plan; <br /> <br />2. Assess the impacts of an Article 34 election on the Agency's affordable housing <br />production requirements and ability to pursue market rate housing in the <br />downtown; <br /> <br />3. Review the pro forma for the proposed Tuscan condominium project; and <br /> <br />4.
