04/24/2017 <br />(1) The existing water main, regardless of size, does not provide adequate flows and <br />pressures to support the additional growth for fire protection, fire suppression, and <br />domestic use purposes as determined by the City according to the City Standards; and <br />(2) A fire hydrant is required and the existing water main is less than six (6) inch in <br />diameter. <br />Refer to Section 18235 for definitions of terms used in this section. <br />Section 9.
