Livia T. Cole, 1601 Chelsea Way, Redwood City requested Council assistance in <br />securing use of the Fox Theatre for the "Listen to the Children Foundation" <br />fund raising events. Since the Fox Theatre was a gift to the Palo Alto <br />Players by a private individual, Justin Jacobs, Ms. Cole was advised to <br />contact Mr. Jacobs for assistance in this matter. <br />MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />a. Councilman Claire asked for City Manager evaluation sheets to be turned in. <br />b. Councilman Claire discussed the successful 12/13/88 meeting at the Fair Oaks <br />School regarding drug problems and advised Council he would have a proposal <br />concerning a public relations campaign and related committee in the near <br />fu to re . <br />C. Councilman Bury advised he plans to attend the League of California seminar <br />on Housing in Southern California later this month. <br />d. Councilman Murray noted he had been advised that Redwood City had not <br />submitted their General Plan to the ALUC. Planning Director Patterson <br />advised that it had been submitted and the City would be meeting with the <br />ALUC in February for further meetings. <br />e. Mayor Greenalch advised he would offer a report on the Peninsula Water Users <br />Agency at a later date. <br />BOARD, COMMISSION AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />4.
