<br /> MSR:dp:8/28/78R <br /> "'Section 15.216 TESTING. (a) Before being <br />covered or placed in use, all tanks and that piping <br />which is in a suction system shall be tested hydro- <br />statically or with air pressure at not less than three <br />pounds per square inch gauge, nor more than five pounds <br />per square inch gauge. Pressure piping shall be tested <br />to 150 percent of the working pressure or 75 pounds per <br />square inch gauge whichever lS greater. Tests shall be <br />maintained for at least 30 minutes and shall be witnessed <br />by a Fire Inspector. <br /> " , (b) The pipe system between the pump and dispenser, <br />but not including the pump, tank or the dispenser, shall <br />be tested hydrostatically for 30 minutes to 150 percent <br />of the shut-off pressure of the pump or 75 pounds per square <br />inch gauge, whichever is greater, to insure tightness. The <br />test liquid shall be that for which the system is intended. , <br />"Section 12.18 Section 20.105 of the Fire Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> "'Section 20.105 LOCATION OF CONTAINERS. (a) The <br />construction of liquified petroleum gas bulk plants, and <br />the storage of liquified petroleum gas therein is prohibited <br />within the City of Redwood City except in zoning districts <br />where permitted or conditionally permitted as designated in <br />Ordinance No. 1130, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />City of Redwood City; provided, however, that existing plants <br />and facilities located in other zoning districts may be <br />expanded subject to the terms of the Zoning Ordinance and <br />subject to compliance with the provisions of this article <br /> -19- <br /> ,......-.... <br />
