<br /> SECTION 21. Section 5.66 is hereby added to the Code of <br /> the City of Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> "Section 5.66. Redemption Fees. The fees for animal <br /> shelter services in impounding and care for animals shall <br /> be by type of animal as follows, and no animal shall be <br /> released to its owner or possessor before the appropriate <br /> fees established by the fee schedule set forth in Section <br /> 5.91 herein are paid in full: <br /> " (a) Type A: horse, mar e , mule, ass, bull, ox, <br /> calf, or other animal of similar size. <br /> " (b) Type B: sheep, lamb, goat, hog, or other <br /> animal of similar size. <br /> " (c) Type C: dog. <br /> " (d) Type D: cat. <br /> " (e) Type E: bird, f ow 1 , rabbit, hamster, rodent, <br /> or other animal of similar size. " <br /> SECTION 22. Article VIII (commencing at §5.90) is hereby <br /> added to Chapter 5 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to read <br /> as follows: <br /> "ARTICLE VIII. LICENSE FEES, IMPOUNDMENT <br /> FEES AND OTHER REVENUE <br /> "Section 5.90. Use of license fees and other revenue. <br /> All revenue derived from the fees established in the fee <br /> schedule set forth in Section 5.91 herein (excepting board <br /> fees) and all revenue derived from fines, forfeitures and <br /> penalties relating to enforcement of any provision of this <br /> chapter, shall be used to offset the cost of enforcement <br /> and administration of the provisions of this chapter. <br /> "Section 5.91. Schedule of fees and charges. The <br /> following fees and charges are hereby established: <br /> - 6 - <br /> _..... <br />
