CGM:yc:9/5/78 ORIGINAL ORDINANCE NO. 1766 SEP 18 1978 --------- - - AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL IMP ROVE HE NT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, 2-65, 3-65, AND WITHIN AREA NO.1 TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, 2-65, AND 3-65, AND TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR AREA NO. 1 (1958 SEWER BONDS) THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. General Improvement District No. 1-65. The following general and special tax rates for General Improvement District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, for the fiscal year July 1, 1978 - June 30, 1979, in the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: Three Hundred Seventy-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen and No/lOO Dollars ($379,715.00) for the payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Fund, and the special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.1422 on each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said District was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto. SECTION 2. General Improvement District No. 2-65. The following general and special tax rates for General Improvement District No. 2-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, for the fiscal year July 1, 1978 - June 30, 1979, in the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: One Hundred Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Ninety and No/100 Dollars ($113,390.00) for the payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 2-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 2-65 I 766 .'_...
