<br /> value of all taxable real property within the limits of Area No. 1. <br /> SECTION 5. Repeal. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 6. Severability. If any section, sentence, clause or <br /> phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of <br /> competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect <br /> the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the <br /> City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordinance <br /> and each section, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irrespective <br /> of the fact that anyone or more section, sentence, clause or phrase <br /> be declared invalid. <br /> SECTION 7. Transmittal to County. The City Clerk is hereby <br /> directed to transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the <br /> Auditor of the County of San Mateo in accordance with Section 51551 <br /> of the Government Code and to such other County officials as may <br /> find it convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 8.
