<br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64 Reclamation Bond <br />Principal and Interest Fund, and the special tax rate therefor is <br />hereby levied and fixed at $3.3235 on each One Hundred Dollars of <br />the assessed value of all taxable land within the limits of General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 as said District was established by <br />Resolution No. 4274, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City on May 4, 1964, together with all territory thereafter annexed <br />thereto, as said value has been established in accordance with <br />Ordinance No. 1290, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City on January 30, 1967. <br />SECTION 2. Repea 1. All ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any section, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, <br />and the City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted <br />said ordinance and each section, sentence, clause and phrase <br />thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more section, <br />sentence, clause or phrase be declared invalid. <br />SECTION 4. Transmittal to County. The City Clerk is hereby <br />directed to transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the <br />Auditor of the County of San Mateo in accordance with Section 51551 <br />of the Government Code and to such other County officials as may <br />find it convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Immediately. This ordinance shall take <br />effect and be in force upon its adoption. <br /> * * * <br /> - 2 - <br /> .,.. <br />
