<br />the name, address, and telephone number of the operator <br />thereof. <br /> "DIVISION 9. FOOD EQUIPMENT <br /> "Section 13.65. Standards. The Health Officer shall <br />adopt rules and regulations setting standards for design <br />and sanitation of food equipment. Such standards shall <br />incorporate appropriate National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) <br />standards, or their equivalent, for such equipment. <br /> "Section 13.66. Compliance with Standards. No person, <br />firm, or corporation shall install or make use of newly <br />installed food equipment unless such food equipment com- <br />plies with the standards therefor set by the rules and <br />regulations of the Health Officer. <br /> "Section 13.67. Ease of Maintenance. No person, <br />firm, or corporation shall install or make use of newly <br />installed food equipment unless the proposed or actual <br />location of such equipment allows easy cleaning and main- <br />tenance both of it and of the surrounding area. <br /> "Section 13.68. Plans. Where any person, firm or <br />corporation intends to construct, remodel, or install food <br />equipment in a restaurant or other food establishment of <br />in an itinerant restaurant, he shall, prior to such con- <br />struction, remodelling, or installation, submit to the <br />Health Officer for his approval the following data: <br /> " (a) Two copies of a scale drawing showing <br /> the proposed or actual location of the <br /> food equipment to be constructed, re- <br /> modelled, or installed, along with the <br /> location of floor drains and sinks. <br /> " (b) Two copies of such specifications, forms, <br /> data sheets, drawings, and sketches as <br /> are necessary to show that the design, <br /> materials, and methods of construction, <br /> remodelling, or installation of the food <br /> equipment meet with standards imposed by <br /> this Article and by other applicable <br /> laws and regulations. <br /> -15- <br /> .........,. <br />
