<br />or maintenance of any backflow prevention device which <br />is not tested at least once each calendar year. <br /> " (d) It shall be unlawful for any person to use, <br />operate, or maintain, or to permit or cause the use, <br />operation, or maintenance of any backflow prevention <br />device which is not in good repair. <br /> "Section 13.126. Termination of Water Service. The <br />City may terminate water service to the premises of any <br />person who violates, or permits or causes the violation <br />of, any of the provisions of this Article when such <br />violation constitutes, or results in, an immediate health <br />hazard. <br /> "ARTICLE VI. CHEMICAL TOILETS <br /> "DIVISION 1. CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> "Section 13.130. Conformity with Standards. No <br />chemical toilet or structure therefor shall be erected, <br />constructed, or maintained for use unless it conforms with <br />the standards prescribed by this Article. <br /> "DIVISION 2. STANDARDS <br /> "Section 13.135. Location. A chemical toilet shall <br />be located at least four (4 ) feet from a property line, at <br />least twenty (20) feet from the nearest occupied residence, <br />and at least ten (10) feet from a street or public sidewalk. <br /> "Section 13.136. Identification. Every structure <br />housing a chemical toilet shall have painted thereon in <br />clearly legible letters at least three (3 ) inches in <br />height the name of the owner and the number of the unit. <br /> "Section 13.137. Size. Every structure housing <br /> - <br />a chemical toilet shall be sufficiently large to provide <br />adequate space for users.
