EXHIBIT A <br />1. Scone of Work/ Tasks <br />Contractor shall perform the following services: <br />• Repair Pump #1 of the Price Tract Storm water Pump Station. <br />• Provide one set of motor bearings, one (1) 416 SS head shaft, one (1) 416 SS <br />upper shaft, one (1) Motor drive plate and key, and one (1) Machine motor shaft for the <br />pump repair. <br />• Provide Boom truck and Service truck for pump repair services. <br />2.
