14. That William H. Royer , John S. Rosselli and <br />Ray A. Weymouth received the highest number of votes given <br />for said office of Councilman, and William H. Royer, <br />John S. Rosselli and Ray A. Weymouth were thereby elected <br />Councilmen for the full term of four (4) years, and the City <br />Clerk is hereby authorized to sign and deliver to said <br />William H. Royer, John S. Rosselli and Ray A.
