RESOLUTION NO 2398 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />AND CITY OF REDUT00D CITY FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT <br />AND DISPOSAL <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council by <br />the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District of the County of San <br />Mateo by the terms of which City agrees to permit such District <br />to deposit sewage emanating therefrom into and through the sanitary <br />sewer disposal facilities of the City in consideration of certain <br />payments by said District to City; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said agreement and desires <br />to approve the same and authorize its execution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement <br />between Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District and City of Redwood <br />City for Sewage Treatment and Disposal," copy of which is on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Manager are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
