For street projects not subject to Provision C.3.b.ii. (i.e., non-Regulated <br />Projects), Permittees may collectively propose a single approach with their Green Infrastructure <br />Plans for how to proceed should project constraints preclude fully meeting the C.3.d sizing <br />requirements. <br /> <br />1 The concept is to make it a resource that would provide access to the model language documents and <br />to also serve as a clearing house for documents that are prepared by Member Agencies.
