The application shall be accompanied by <br />a non-refundable filing fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in an amount set by resolution of the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />[Section 4] <br />Every permit issued shall be valid for a term not to exceed one (1) year and shall expire on the 30th <br />day of June, annually.
