<br /> DES:djk 07/11/94 (115/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 7/18/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12247 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE EMERALD <br /> LAKE HILLS WATER PUMPING AND STORAGE FACILITIES <br /> MODIFICATIONS; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Emerald Lake Hills Water <br /> Pumping and Storage Facilities Modifications, Redwood City, <br /> California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> for the Emerald Lake Hills Water Pumping & Storage Facilities <br /> Modifications - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by <br /> the Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a <br /> copy of which documents are on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
