<br /> DES:djk 07/07/94 (111/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 7/18/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12246 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE <br /> PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS OF FIRE FIGHTER, FIRE FIGHTER- <br /> LIGHT DUTY, AND FIRE CAPTAIN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11786 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Effective July 1 , 1993, the monthly salary rates in <br />dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br />within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit A <br />for the designated steps thereof for the period July 1, 1993 to <br />and including December 31, 1993. <br /> 2. Effective January 1, 1994, the monthly salary rates in <br />dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in <br />Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br />within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit B <br />for the designated steps thereof for the period commencing <br />January 1, 1994. <br /> 3 . Employees granted part-time appointments to positions <br />in the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire Fighter- <br />Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibits A and B <br />hereof, shall be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance <br /> ~-_., <br />
