<br /> DES:djk 07/13/94 (116/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 7/18/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12245 N O. 12245 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE PLAN <br /> FOR THE POSITIONS OF POLICE OFFICER AND POLICE OFFICER <br /> TRAINEE; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 10855 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Effective September 1, 1993, the monthly salary rates <br />in dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth <br />in Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of <br />Police Officer and Police Officer Trainee as set forth in Exhibit <br />A for the designated steps thereof for the period September 1, <br />1993 to and including August 31, 1994. <br /> 2 . Employees granted part time appointments to positions <br />in the employment classifications of Police Officer and Police <br />Officer Trainee as set forth in Exhibit A shall be compensated on <br />an hourly basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in <br />said Exhibit for the period therein designated. <br /> 3. Resolution No. 10855 entitled, "Resolution Establishing <br />a Salary Schedule and Wage Plan for the Positions of Police <br />Sergeant, Police Officer and Police Officer Trainee", adopted <br />August 8, 1988, is hereby rescinded. <br /> 4.
