<br /> DES:d~~ 06/24/94 (106/37) <br /> I o RIG I N A L <br /> ! <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12239 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE POWER <br /> AND SECURITY LIGHTING PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Power and Security <br /> Lighting Project for the Municipal Services Center, Redwood City, <br /> California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> for the Emergency Power & Security Lighting for Municipal Service <br /> Center - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br /> Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br /> of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> 2 .
