Amendment No. 1 to Amended and Restated Agreement for Professional Services with <br />CSG Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $200,000 (for a total of $1,201,000) for building <br />inspection and plan review services; and <br />2. Amendment No. 1 to Amended and Restated Agreement for Professional Services with <br />Shums Coda & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $300,000 (for a total of $881,000) for <br />building inspection and plan review services; and <br />3. Amendment No. 1 to Amended and Restated Agreement for Professional Services with <br />West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $500,000 (for a total of $1,251,000) for <br />building inspection and plan review services. <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Silvia Vonderlinden <br />City Clerk <br />
