Recommendation: <br />Adopt a Resolution declaring the buildings located at 112-120 Vera Avenue <br />to be a public nuisance and directing the owner to abate such nuisance <br />within thirty days by having the buildings properly reconstructed or repaired <br />or by having the buildings razed and removed; direct the Building Inspector <br />to take all necessary steps to prepare for razing and removing the buildings <br />in the event the property owner chooses not to abate such nuisance; and <br />find that the abatement order is exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under the CEQA Guidelines <br />Section 15321 (Enforcement Actions by Regulatory Agencies) as set forth in <br />the staff report <br />M/S Borgens/Gee to adopt a resolution declaring the buildings at 112-120 <br />Vera Avenue to be a public nuisance and directing reconstruction and repair <br />or razing and removal thereof.
