By motion, approve and authorize for the City Manager to execute an amended and restated agreement with Paymentus Corporation for an Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system/Automated Phone Payments, Outbound Customer Notification system, Payment Processing services, and Staff Portal extending the term of the existing agreement for 2 years and increasing the agreement in an amount not to exceed by $66,000, resulting in a total not -to -exceed agreement cost of $143,500.
