This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of <br />which shall be deemed an original, and when taken together they shall constitute one and the same <br />Agreement. Signatures may be made by telecopy provided the original is promptly mailed to the <br />other party. <br />30. Memorandum of Agreement. This Agreement shall not be recorded, but the parties agree <br />to execute and deliver a Memorandum of this License Agreement, in substantially the form attached <br />hereto as Exhibit F, within thirty (30) days of the date of this Agreement. CITY shall record the <br />Memorandum. <br />31. Recitals.
