<br /> DES:djk" 05/13/94 (076/37) <br /> .' t <br /> o RIG I N .A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12231 N o. 12231 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974, as amended (Cal. <br />Gov't. C. Sections 81000, et seq.), requires every state or local <br />government agency to adopt and promulgate a Conflict of Interest <br />Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 9007, adopted November 23, 1981, <br />this Council adopted a Conflict of Interest Code for the City of <br />Redwood City, by adopting by reference the terms of 2 Cal. Code <br />of Regs. Section 18730, as said section may, from time to time be <br />amended, and by also approving as Exhibits thereto, disclosure <br />categories for certain designated positions within the various <br />departments of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Exhibits describing the disclosure categories <br />for the designated positions have been revised to reflect current <br />personnel status; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, as the Code-reviewing body for the <br />City of Redwood City, has determined that the attached Exhibits <br />"A-L", inclusive, accurately set forth those positions and <br />corresponding disclosure categories which should be designated in <br />the appendix to the Conflict of Interest Code of the City of <br />Redwood City for each of the departments specified in said <br />Exhibits; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br />
