The City of Redwood City hereby elects to pay seven <br /> percent (7%) of the PERS member normal contributions as EPMC and <br /> to report the same percentage to PERS as compensation for the <br /> benefit of all PERS members of the City of Redwood City <br /> represented by Redwood City Management Employees Association. <br /> 2.
